Following a not-so-great experience, I was apprehensive about dress shopping, but decided to still head down to brides and bustles. Hayley greater us as we entered the store and was absolutely amazing, putting me at ease straight away. She took the time to explain the process and helped me select different styles of dresses. Thanks to her help I found 'the' dress and can't wait for it to arrive. Cannot recommend brides and bustles highly enough, they really did create a magical experience for me and my family. Thank you

Dear Claire and Chris, thank you for all your help and advice when I was choosing my wedding dress, you made the experience so easy!

The dress was perfect for me and I am still over the moon with it. That you also for kitting me out from head to toe, it was exactly what I wanted and loved it all!

I just wanted to say a massive thank you for all your help, guidance and patience in helping me find the most perfect dress. I felt wonderful all day in it and my wedding could not have been more perfect(apart from the rain!) So thank you for everything and I will most definitely be recommending you guys for any future brides to be who are looking for their perfect bridal gown.

Brought my wedding dress from here - absolutely love the dress. Felt no pressure to buy the dress, the staff weren't pushy at all (which I particularly liked, especially as I felt that the majority of other bridal shops just wanted a sale, rather than listen to what I wanted). The staff were very welcoming, and accommodating. It was the only bridal shop I had been too where I was offered a glass of champagne, which added a personal touch and made me feel special). When I picked the dress up it had a lovely card from them wishing me the best for my big day. It was a really nice touch and they could have not bothered to do that once they had sold me the dress. Overall a very pleasant experience. I would defiantly recommend "Brides & Bustles" to other brides. I will post photo's of me in the dress after my wedding which is on: Saturday 13th September :) x

I went in to this beautiful shop on the way to pay for what I thought was 'the' dress. Claire was so friendly and welcoming and showed me a dress that I had avoided in all other shops as I thought it would make me look huge...she encouraged me to try it on ( whilst my mum and MoH had a glass of champagne) and I instantly fell in love. I would never have tried on the dress if it hadn't been for Claire's suggestion. I can't thank you and your mum enough for all of your helpfulness, kindness and for opening your shop at the perfect time for me...I have recommended this beautiful boutique to friends and family already and will continue to do so...I was made to feel so special and that is what every bride wants!

I would like to thank the lovely people of Brides & Bustles for helping me to find my perfect dress. The atmosphere was so relaxing and I knew from the 2nd i walked in the door that I was going to love the whole experience. Thank you for your time, patience and guidance. All I can say is five stars all the way for Claire and the wonderful staff at brides & Bustles, it pretty much a journey buying your wedding dress! But from the moment you set foot in Brides and Bustles it makes that journey an easy ride. Your looked after and really made to feel special! Xxx

Great shop, great service. Both ladies were lovely and friendly, made myself, my 3 bridesmaids and my Mum feel very welcome. Claire made me feel like a princess trying the dresses on! Can't wait till my dress is ready.

What can I say.......This was officially the best shop I went in (and I went to a lot!) Claire and Christine are good friends of mine so of course I knew they would look after me..... But I would have to sum up my experience of buying my dress from their shop as....... Amazing, I was made to feel like an absolute princess from the moment i walked in to the moment I left with my dress- and I had been in a lot to try on my dress and have fittings etc. they had the most beautiful range if dresses and I could have quite happily bought most of them but my dress was the only one that made me cry when I had it on! I just want to say a huge thank u for all your help girls- your shop is beautiful and I'm sure others who visit will feel as special as I did! Xxx

What a lovely experience. Was let down with my original dress but went to brides n bustles yesterday and couldn't have experienced a better few hours. Lovely staff and so helpful even tho they had the sale on. Now one happy bunny with a gorgeous wedding dress. Thank u ladies xxx

Having had a baby recently & not entirely happy with how I look, I walked into the bridal shop feeling excited but very anxious. Claire was wonderful, very friendly, put me at ease, very professional & not pushy what so ever. The first shop id been to & I walked away with "the" dress!! My dress here yesterday. Claire and her team are so lovely. I had visited so many times I could have been a stalker! I was so nervous to try anything on as I'm plus size, but I was made to feel completely at ease and finally I found my dress. I trusted Claire's judgement and tried on her wild card dress, it happened to look the best of everything I had seen and I fell in love with it. Completely different to what I thought I wanted.

Had an amazing bridal experience here... can't wait to see my dress again next month!! Such a beautiful shop and such lovely staff!!

Glad I found this gorgeous boutique! The staff are so helpful and approachable, and instantly make you relax. I found my dream dress and have been on cloud nine ever since I ordered it on Saturday. It's well worth a visit for any bride, the dresses and accessories on offer are some of the best I've come across! x

I have just placed an order today for my wedding dress at this shop. I am so happy. So many beautiful dresses to choose from. I have visited the shop three times now and every time the staff have made me feel very welcome. The staff are so friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this boutique.

Having been to a few other bridal shops before I went to Brides & Bustles I was worried that I wouldn't ever find my dream dress! How wrong I was! Brides & Bustles have an excellent selection of dresses and I fell in love with them all!!! Claire was amazing letting me try on a selection and offering her expert opinion where needed. I even ended up getting my jewellery and veil too! Would definitely recommend to everyone!

As a plus size bride the wrong side of 50, I couldn't believe how well Claire did with providing choice of dresses both suitable and beautiful, but also with understanding how nervous I was. I am so looking forward to my wedding in September and can't recommend Brides & Bustles highly enough for brides of all sizes and ages. I had a really bad experience at a local bridalwear shop which had little choice, no samples in my size and generally made me feel that I shouldn't even be considering anything other than a dark corner of a registry office. Claire has made me believe I not only deserve my wedding day but that I can be beautiful for a day. Thank you xxx

After having been to a couple of other shops, I found my dress her. Aside from the huge selection, there was plenty of space to see the dresses on, and for my friends to sit with some privacy. We had very individual attention, and were given all the time in the world to consider. I tried some dresses on twice, and nothing was too much bother. I had a lovely experience there, and will be going back for accessories and bridesmaids dresses later in the year.

I recently purchased my dress from here and I am so pleased with it. The staff are great and make you feel at ease. Would highly recommend this shop as they have a fab range and realistic prices.

What a lovely little shop! We were made to feel very welcome when we visited today and I got to try on lots of beautiful dresses! I can't wait to come back and see the new stock over the summer!

Claire has been amazing and my dress is just perfect! Claire and her mums customer service is brilliant! I was let down my another shop over my bridesmaids and flower girl dresses and even though Brides and Bustles did not stock them at the time Claire did her best to help me and found me some beautiful flower girl dresses! Xx

Claire went the extra mile on Sunday in helping my daughter choose her wedding dress. From the time we walked in my daughter felt special and so did we. A lovely experience. Cannot fault Claire's help and advice. Thank you Claire x
