2. HIT THE CLUB

Your key to making this successful instead of cringey is to find the perfect vibe for the bride. Whether it’s a cocktail bar or drag show, reserve a table and get ready to dance.

3. CONSIDER KARAOKE

This isn’t everyone’s favourite, but there’s no denying it’s good fun. Get to a karaoke bar and sing your hearts out. You could even go out for a meal beforehand and give people a few extra drinks if they need some encouragement! Which most will...!

4. A FANCY AFTERNOON TEA

The most popular type of hen party right now is definitely the afternoon tea theme, and with good reason. You could host it in yours of a family member’s home or you could book a table and really go all out. From finger sandwiches, scones, tea and even prosecco, this is one of our favourite ideas. Our favourite has to be SKETCH.

5. EXPERIENCE THE GREAT OUTDOORS

If the bride-to-be is a big outdoors fan, then why not take the hen party outdoors, too? There are plenty of ideas to choose from, including glamping, horseback riding, swimming and so on. Just make sure whoever is organising it lets all the girls know what the dress code is!

6. COOK UP A STORM

Attending a cooking class is something fun that you can all do together. Ask the bride what her favourite cuisine is and then get a cooking class booked. Or, if you don’t want to do the cooking, you can even hire a private chef and have a dinner party at home instead.

7. HAVE A WINE TASTING AFTERNOON

Wine tastings are a big hit for a hen party idea, and again, you can either visit somewhere or invite someone to your home for a private wine tasting. You can make it even better if cheese is involved!

8. TAKE IN A SHOW

If your bride-to-be loves all things musical theatre, treat her to a Broadway show on London’s West End. You could have dinner beforehand, and even combine it with a bit of wedding shopping – now that sounds like the best day ever. The Lion King anyone?
